Diane Coliche is the Chief Operating Officer of Mobility at Edenred and has been a member of the Group Executive Committee since 2023. In this role, she leads a strategically important business line at the center of professional mobility transformation, in a market shaped by fleet electrification, digitalization, and the growing demand for integrated corporate mobility solutions. Her responsibilities sit within the governance of a listed international group, where mobility represents one of Edenred’s most important growth engines. She graduated from ESSEC Business School and holds a master’s degree in business law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. Coliche built her career across finance, mergers and acquisitions, and operational leadership. She started in 2000 at Morgan Stanley as an investment banking analyst. Over the next ten years, between Paris and London, she advised clients on M&A and capital markets transactions, gaining a strong foundation in financial structuring, execution discipline, and value creation. In 2010, she joined Groupe Casino as Director of Corporate Development and M&A. In that position, she contributed to the group’s international expansion, including in Colombia and Uruguay, demonstrating her ability to combine external growth, geographic development, and strategic analysis. In 2017, she became Chief Financial Officer of Monoprix, and in 2019 she was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Until 2022, she led a major transformation of Monoprix’s omnichannel strategy across Monoprix, Naturalia, and Sarenza, strengthening the integration between physical retail and digital channels. At Edenred, Coliche brings together financial expertise, transformation leadership, and a strong understanding of customer-facing businesses. She has experience managing multi-brand organizations, portfolio trade-offs, and business-model transitions. She has also served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Rocher Participations, part of the Yves Rocher Group, since 2019, reinforcing her profile as a French executive with a solid governance and transformation background.
