Daniel ROBIN is a long-standing figure within the Vendée-based family-owned HERIGE group, where he represents both industrial continuity and a strong field-oriented leadership style. Trained in human resources, he began his professional career in 1978 within the family group, first as HR director. He then moved up through the organization and, in 1986, became Managing Director of the Concrete business line, a position he held for three decades, until 2016. During that period, he helped steer the development of ready-mix concrete activities and supported HERIGE’s growth in construction materials. From 2017 onward, Daniel ROBIN took on cross-functional responsibilities at group level as Head of External Relations, with the mission of strengthening ties with professional bodies, institutions, and regional economic stakeholders. He left that role in 2019 but remained closely involved in HERIGE’s governance. He joined the company’s Supervisory Board in 2017, became its Chairman in 2019, and, following the governance changes announced in 2025, now serves as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board. His path reflects a leader who combines operational experience, stakeholder management, and family-shareholder stewardship in support of the group’s long-term strategy. Beyond HERIGE, Daniel ROBIN has been highly active in regional business and institutional networks in western France. He chaired Réseau Entreprendre from 2013 to 2016, served as President of MEDEF Vendée from 2016 to 2020, chaired Unicem Pays de la Loire from 2001 to 2007, and continues to be involved in organizations such as Cobaty Vendée and the OESTV. This strong territorial footprint, combined with his industrial leadership background, has made him a respected representative of the regional business community, particularly on issues related to local development, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
