Constance Le Bouar is the Executive Vice President, Strategy and Transformation at Edenred and a member of the Group Executive Committee, a position she has held since 2023. A graduate of HEC Paris, she began her career in 2008 as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company France. That early experience gave her a strong analytical foundation and a rigorous approach to growth, organization design, and corporate transformation. In 2013, she joined ADP Group (Aéroports de Paris), where she contributed to the development of travel retail activities both in France and internationally. Her work there included involvement in a joint venture with Lagardère, exposing her to complex strategic topics such as portfolio development, commercial expansion, industrial partnerships, and value creation within a highly regulated and competitive environment. She later moved to Pernod Ricard in New York in 2017 as Strategy and M&A Director. In that role, she led go-to-market transformation initiatives and several M&A transactions aimed at strengthening the company’s product portfolio and competitive positioning. This international assignment broadened her expertise in growth strategy, capital allocation, and change management across a global organization. Since 2021, Constance Le Bouar has been part of Edenred’s Benefits & Engagement business line, first as Strategy & Development Director and, since December 2023, as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Transformation. In this capacity, she contributes to the Group’s strategic direction and to the execution of key transformation priorities, including growth acceleration, innovation, and operating-model optimization. Her career reflects deep expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, transformation leadership, and the execution of complex cross-functional initiatives within major international listed companies.
