Clara Audry is an independent director of Aubay, the French-listed digital services and consulting group, where she also serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. She joined Aubay’s Board by co-option on May 30, 2023, following the resignation of a previous director, and her appointment was later ratified by shareholders. In this governance role, she is involved in overseeing financial reporting quality, internal controls, risk management, and compliance—core responsibilities for a listed company. A graduate of Audencia Nantes, Clara Audry has built her career around investment, venture capital, and the development of technology companies. She began at NextStage as an investment officer from 2008 to 2013, gaining early experience in private equity and growth financing. She then joined onefinestay, a premium hospitality platform, where she helped launch the business in France and later led its expansion across Europe from 2013 to 2017. That period broadened her exposure to international markets, scaling operations, and commercial execution in a fast-growth environment. From 2018 to 2022, she returned to the investment world at CapHorn, first as an investment director and later as a partner and board member. There, she deepened her expertise in innovative companies, governance in scaling businesses, and support for management teams. She is now a General Partner at Jolt Capital, a private equity firm investing in European technology companies. This role reinforces her positioning in the deeptech ecosystem and her focus on innovation-driven business models. At Aubay, Clara Audry brings together two particularly valuable skill sets: a strong understanding of private equity and venture investing, and a practical appreciation of what it takes to scale technology-enabled businesses. Her international background, investment experience, and audit oversight responsibilities make her a meaningful contributor to board discipline, strategic risk assessment, and the group’s long-term governance.
