Claire Fanget currently holds a top leadership role at Renault Group as Chief People & Organisation Officer, a position she assumed on 1 September 2025 after serving as Human Resources Director for the Renault brand. She also sits on the Group’s Leadership Team, placing her at the center of Renault’s organization design, people strategy, and talent development agenda. She graduated from the University of Rouen in 1995 with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources and joined Renault Group in 1996. Her early career was spent in HR roles at manufacturing sites, giving her hands-on exposure to industrial operations and employee relations in a major automotive environment. From 2008 onward, she took on broader responsibilities as HR Director across different parts of the company, building deep expertise in workforce management, social dialogue, and organizational change. In 2021, she was appointed Human Resources Director for the Europe Cluster and Renault’s global Sales & Marketing function, a strategically important international scope. In 2022, she became Human Resources Director of the Renault brand and joined the brand’s Management Committee, reporting to Fabrice Cambolive. This sequence of appointments reflects a steady rise through increasingly senior HR leadership roles within the Group.
