Christophe Maubert holds a senior governance role at Robertet SA, the French family-controlled leader in natural ingredients for perfumery, flavours and health & beauty applications. He serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board and as a member of the CSR Committee, placing him at the core of a company known for its long-term independence, its roots in Grasse, and its strong commitment to innovation and natural products. His career at Robertet began in 1983, when he took on a series of operational responsibilities that built a deep understanding of the perfumery business and its international markets. In 1993, he became head of the Paris office. Two years later, in 1995, he was appointed Managing Director of Robertet UK. In 1997, he took charge of the Group’s Perfumery Division, and later went on to lead the US subsidiary for more than ten years. This progression reflects a career shaped by commercial leadership, team management and the ability to operate across complex multicultural environments. His experience spans the main segments of the fragrance industry, including fine fragrance, cosmetics, homecare and aircare, as well as major geographic regions such as Europe, the United States, Asia and Latin America. Christophe Maubert is also well known for his long-standing involvement in industry bodies. He has served on the board of IFRA, the International Fragrance Association, for around twenty years, helping to represent and defend the interests of natural products within an organization that plays a central role in setting professional standards for the fragrance sector. This regulatory and institutional exposure adds depth to his profile, particularly on compliance, sustainability and corporate responsibility issues. At board level, his profile combines operational expertise, international leadership and a strong sense of governance.
