About Bruno TURCHET

Bruno Turchet is a seasoned Schneider Electric SE executive who currently holds a dual position: Vice President Industrialization for the Home & Distribution Europe division and employee director on the company’s Board of Directors. He was first appointed as employee director in April 2021, and his mandate was renewed in 2025 by the most representative trade union organization at Group level. This board role gives him direct insight into governance, investment priorities, industrial transformation, and Schneider Electric’s long-term sustainability strategy. His career path reflects a consistent progression in industrial and technical leadership. He began in 1999 as an electromechanical engineer at Assystem Technologies, then moved into commercial development as a key account manager for the industrial market from 2001 to 2005. He joined Schneider Electric in 2005 and has since held several technical and operational roles. He first served as project technical manager for low-voltage equipment in France, then moved to Schneider Electric China, where he led R&D for low- and medium-voltage equipment for three years. Upon returning to France in 2011, he headed a productivity function in one of the Group’s major divisions and helped deploy sustainability-related initiatives across operations. From 2016 to 2021, Bruno Turchet served as Industrialization Director for new products within the Final Distribution business line, a role central to bridging innovation, manufacturing readiness, and market launch execution. Since July 2021, he has been Vice President Industrialization for Home & Distribution Europe, where he contributes to industrial performance, process optimization, and operational excellence across the region. His expertise spans electromechanical engineering, international R&D, project leadership, productivity improvement, and the integration of ESG considerations into industrial operations. He holds a scientific master’s degree in engineering and quality from the University of Besançon and also completed the High Performance Boards program at IMD Business School.
