Bernard Voisin is a French executive and co-founder of NEOLIFE, a listed company on Euronext Growth Paris that develops low-carbon building materials and sustainable construction solutions. He currently serves as Chairman of the Executive Board (Président du Directoire), a role he was appointed to by the Supervisory Board in November 2022 and that was reaffirmed in the company’s governance structure in 2023. NEOLIFE, founded in 2012 by Bernard Voisin and Patrick Marché, has built its business around a proprietary bio-based technology, VESTA®, and a range of cladding, decking, and decorative profiles for construction professionals.
