She is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity specialist and technology distributor, where she has been a key figure in board governance and in the oversight of major strategic matters. In 2024-2025, she played a leading role in the company’s independent ad hoc committee that reviewed the takeover offer for Exclusive Networks, underscoring her reputation for independence, judgment and discipline in complex market situations. Her career combines strong academic credentials with decades of executive and non-executive experience. This blend of operational leadership, public-company governance and investment expertise gives her particular credibility on strategy, risk oversight, audit, remuneration and capital allocation. She is widely associated with international perspective, boardroom rigor and a long-standing interest in sustainability.
