Angeles Garcia Poveda is a highly regarded corporate governance executive and board leader, best known today as Chair of the Board of Directors of Legrand, a position she has held since July 2020. She joined Legrand’s Board as an independent director in 2012 and then took on progressively more senior governance responsibilities, including Lead Director from 2013 onward, before being appointed Chair. Before joining Legrand, Garcia Poveda built an international career in strategy consulting and executive search.
