Quantitative Signals & Scoring

Repeat-buying (DCA) score

A factor rewarding an insider who adds to a position across several disclosures, treating sustained accumulation as stronger conviction than a one-off purchase.

Repeated open-market buys, in the spirit of dollar-cost averaging, signal an insider acting on a durable view rather than a single impulse. The model rewards a clean accumulation pattern (several buys, no offsetting sales) more than an isolated trade of the same total size.
