Insiders Trades is an independent site founded and run by Simon Azoulay. He is responsible for everything published here.

Company and insider pages

Each profile is built by software from the declarations that companies and their executives file with market regulators (AMF, SEC, BaFin, FCA and others). Every transaction links to the official filing it comes from. Prices and company fundamentals come from Yahoo Finance.

The sentences on these pages are generated from the data. Nobody rewrites them by hand. A profile is open to search engines only when it has a long enough filing history; the others stay available to visitors and are marked noindex.

Research articles

Guides, regulatory explainers and quantitative studies are signed Simon Azoulay. They are drafted with AI writing tools under the founder's direction.

Strategy figures quoted in them are read from the same source as the rest of the site, not typed by hand. The full backtests, including the ones that failed, are published in the method reviews.

Daily news briefs (Insiders Trades Newsroom)

Articles signed Insiders Trades Newsroom are written by software and published without human review. A pipeline picks notable insider filings and market moves, gathers sources with a web search tool, drafts the text with a language model, and rejects any draft that cites no source or omits the not-investment-advice notice.

These briefs age quickly, so we keep them out of search engine indexes. They stay on the site for readers.
