Form 59 reporting by insiders in Thailand
Where to read the filings, and our Thai archive
The SEC keeps a public Form 59 list that you can search by issuer and by transaction or filing date. Each row gives the executive's name, the relationship of the holder, the type of security, the date, the quantity, the average price in baht and whether the deal was an acquisition or a disposal. The list shows filings received in the last 3 years.
Our Thai feed is per-trade: price times volume gives a baht amount, which we convert to euros to compare with other markets. We paused the connector in July 2026, after SEC Thailand rebuilt its Form 59 search, so the Thai hub holds filings collected up to then. Because one consolidated report can bundle six months of dealings, check the transaction date on each card before reading a filing as recent.
