Interested-party holdings in Israel (TASE)
Snapshots of positions
The Israeli data on this site comes from Maya's interested-party listing for each company. It is a holdings feed: each row is a position on an as-of date, with the share balance, the percentage of capital and voting power, and the value of the stake in shekels. The feed carries no purchase or sale price: read a move as the difference between two snapshots. Amounts are converted from shekels to euros, and issuer and holder names often remain in Hebrew, as in the source.
Institutional investors such as insurers and fund managers count as interested parties once they reach 5%, as the Bank Hapoalim and Max Stock filings show. They sit in the major-shareholder bucket, separate from the CEO and board. Results across all markets are on the performance page.
