Insider dealing disclosure in Czechia
Filing with Česká národní banka
In Czechia, managers of issuers listed in Prague report their own-account trades to Česká národní banka (CNB), the competent authority under the Market Abuse Regulation, and to the issuer. Filings reach the CNB through SDAT, its data-collection system, after the notifier registers with a dedicated form; the bank also publishes a methodological guide for Article 19 notices.
Information that issuers must make public is then available through the CNB's Central Storage of Regulated Information. Our Czech connector reads managers' transactions from that storage.
Deadlines and the euro threshold
The rule is the EU one. A notice is due within three business days of the trade, and the issuer publishes it within two business days of receipt. Since 4 December 2024 the yearly threshold under Regulation (EU) 2024/2809 is EUR 20,000; ESMA's list of 21 May 2026 contains no Czech decision to move it to EUR 10,000 or EUR 50,000.
The threshold is set in euros while Prague shares trade in koruna, so a manager has to translate small purchases into euros to know when the obligation starts. Once the amount is reached in a calendar year, every later transaction is reportable.
Koruna in, euros on screen
Czech rows are per-trade. Prices and totals arrive in koruna and are converted to euros, so a Prague purchase can be ranked against trades in Warsaw or Frankfurt; the koruna amount stays on the filing card. The markets page lists each market, and the Prague page shows issuers with at least one filing, ordered by number of filings. The people behind those filings sit on the insiders hub, assigned to Czechia through the first company they are linked to.
