Lionel Bouchet is a French executive closely tied to Ubisoft Entertainment, where he has spent his entire career since joining in 1996. Trained as a computer engineer, he graduated from EERIE in Nîmes, and began as a programmer on POD, described as Ubisoft’s very first racing game, before contributing to several Formula 1 titles. This early experience gave him a strong foundation in software development, production workflows, and the technical demands of large-scale creative projects in video games. From 2005 onward, Bouchet focused on strengthening the Ghost Recon franchise.
