Géraldine Neyret Gleizes is a French real estate executive and the current Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of CBo Territoria, a listed property development and investment company based in Réunion Island and traded on Euronext Paris. Her career is characterized by deep expertise in real estate investment, commercial and office property development, and strategic asset management. She graduated from ESSEC Business School and spent nearly fourteen years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where she held a series of senior roles with increasing scope. She started in the office investment business in France, then moved into development leadership, notably overseeing the So Ouest shopping center project in Levallois-Perret, which was delivered in 2012. In 2013, she was appointed Head of Office Investments France, where she was responsible for asset management and the group’s disposal strategy for office assets. She later took on responsibilities in French retail operations, managing a major portfolio of shopping centers. She joined CBo Territoria in August 2020 as Director of Operations, was promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer in August 2021, and became Chief Executive Officer in June 2023. In May 2024, the company reinforced its governance structure by combining the roles of Chair and CEO under her leadership, making her the key executive figure of the group. At CBo Territoria, she leads a strategy centered on long-term value creation, territorial development, and the strengthening of the company’s tertiary property portfolio. Her profile combines investment discipline, operational execution, and governance experience, which are highly relevant for a listed real estate company operating in a regional market with strong development ambitions.
