About Frank BOURGOIS
Frank Bourgois is a senior executive within Thermador Groupe, where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Jetly, one of the group’s long-standing operating subsidiaries. Born in 1968, he joined Thermador Groupe in 2002 and built his career through a strong operational and commercial track record. His profile reflects a hands-on leader with deep expertise in distribution, sales development, and subsidiary management. Before becoming CEO of Jetly in 2020, Bourgois spent nearly two decades as the company’s Sales Director, from 2002 to 2019. That long tenure gave him extensive knowledge of Jetly’s markets, customers, and commercial dynamics, and it positioned him as a natural successor to the top job. In April 2024, he also became a member of Thermador Groupe’s board, further strengthening his role in the governance of the listed company. His educational background includes a 1993 degree from the Institut Commercial de Nancy. Prior to joining Jetly, he worked in consumer goods at Kraft Foods, where he served as Regional Manager for Paris West from 1998 to 2000. That early experience outside the group helped shape a pragmatic leadership style focused on sales execution, customer proximity, and business growth. Within Thermador Groupe, Bourgois operates in a management model that gives subsidiary leaders broad autonomy while providing group-level support in finance, legal affairs, IT, real estate, and non-financial matters.
