Louis de Sambucy currently holds a key leadership role at Neoen, one of the leading independent producers of exclusively renewable energy, as Regional CEO – Europe (Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden). Prior to this European mandate, he led Neoen Australia, first as CEO and later as Managing Director, helping drive the development and operation of major solar and energy storage assets across the country. In 2024, he joined Neoen’s Executive Committee as Director of International Development, and he is now presented within the group as one of the senior leaders shaping Neoen’s European growth strategy. According to Neoen’s official biography, he began his career in 2002 at BCG in strategic consulting before joining Holcim in 2007, where he held CEO and senior management positions in Europe and Africa.
