DELFINGEN is a French industrial group listed on Euronext Growth Paris, specializing in protection, routing and fastening systems for embedded electrical networks, as well as fluid transfer solutions. The company is positioned as a global reference supplier for the automotive industry and, more broadly, for transport and industrial markets. Its product and service portfolio includes convoluted tubing, wiring harness protection systems, hose and tube protection, interior fastening solutions, and assembly and logistics services. In 2024, DELFINGEN reported revenue of EUR 423 million and employed around 3,800 people across 21 countries. The group’s origins date back to 1954, when the Streit family, originally from Radelfingen in Switzerland, developed a small activity in Anteuil built around a social and solidarity-based purpose: creating work for Jeannette Streit. The business first operated under the name SOFANOU and then gradually industrialized, before adopting the DELFINGEN brand in 2007. Its listing on the Paris stock exchange in 1996 supported its expansion. Since then, DELFINGEN has built a broad international footprint through organic growth and acquisitions, first in Europe and the Americas, and later in emerging markets, particularly in Asia. DELFINGEN expanded beyond its historical automotive base by entering fluid transfer in 2010, a business that became increasingly strategic with the rise of hybrid and electric vehicles, especially for battery cooling applications. The company also strengthened its industrial exposure through acquisitions, including Drossbach in North America, Schlemmer’s Europe/Africa activities, AHN Chem in South Korea, and REIKU in Germany. These moves broadened the customer base and reinforced DELFINGEN’s standing as a global specialist in technical protection solutions for mobility and demanding industrial environments. The Streit family remains the reference shareholder, supporting strategic continuity and a long-term ownership structure.
